Tayloer Morgan

Growing up I was very involved in sports which I highly attribute to my father. I was always the shortest in the group but had a more solid build in the lower half of my frame, thanks to genetics. It wasn’t always seen as a great or aesthetic thing growing up so that bred a few insecurities and led me to want to be “smaller or thinner”. In college I studied sports management and psychology which kick started me back into a fitness journey that was one of my own. I wanted to be “smaller” but for my health and with the goal of increasing my athleticism. So I immersed myself into the world of fitness outside of being a full time student and working a full time job as a bartender. In this I found a way to not only help myself but others who were seeking to build their bodies from them and not the bodies they were being told were most acceptable.

Two years ago I embarked on a journey to building more muscle while maintaining frame I had currently had. I lost my best friend during that time and as rough as the year had been the gym was my place of solitude. Working out literally kept me sane and consistent when it felt like nothing else in my life was making sense. So being able to utilize my fitness journey to not only build myself physically but mentally is what I am to bring the women in my community. Building our dream bodies, one rep, one workout at a time. Being confident to invade and take up space in any situation we encounter.
